Dear Rotarian members and our very supportive friends,

Warm greetings to all of you as we embark on a new year filled with endless possibilities and opportunities for service. I am honored and privileged to serve as the President of our esteemed Rotary club for the year 2023-24.

As we embark on a new year, I am honored and humbled to serve as the President of our esteemed Rotary club. Looking ahead to the coming year, I believe it is important for us to reflect on the challenges and opportunities that lie before us. The world around us is constantly evolving, and it is crucial for us to adapt and stay ahead of the curve and thus our responsibility to adapt and respond accordingly. This means embracing new technologies, exploring innovative approaches to service, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity within our club.

One of my key priorities as President is to strengthen the bonds of fellowship among our members. Rotary is not just about service, but also about building lifelong friendships and connections. I encourage each of you to actively engage with one another, attend our club meetings and events, and participate in our various committees and projects. Together, we can create a vibrant and supportive Rotary community.

Another area of focus for us this year will be enhancing our impact through strategic partnerships. By collaborating with Rotarian clubs and like-minded organizations and individuals, we can amplify our efforts and achieve even greater results. Let us seek out opportunities for collaboration and forge meaningful partnerships that will enable us to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Lastly, I want to remind you all of the power we possess as Rotarians to effect positive change. Our collective actions, no matter how small, can have a ripple effect that reaches far and wide. Let us never underestimate the impact we can make as individuals and as a united Rotary family. In addition to embracing change, we will also prioritize inclusivity and diversity within our club. Rotary is a global organization that thrives on the strength of our differences and the power of our collective perspectives. Let us actively seek out and welcome individuals from all walks of life, ensuring that our club represents the rich tapestry of our community.

Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering commitment and dedication to Rotary. It is your passion, generosity, and selflessness that make our club truly extraordinary. I am excited and optimistic about what we can achieve in the year ahead, and I am honored to serve alongside all of you.

Thank you, and here’s to a year filled with meaningful service, lasting friendships, and transformative impact.

Yours in service,

Pratima Pradhan

Dear fellow Rotarians, Rotaractors and Interactors

First of all, I would like to congratulate to all Rotarians, Rotaractors and Interacters for the Rotary Year 2023-24 and would like to offer my best wishes to all the leaders and members of clubs for a successful tenure. We have just successfully completed Rotary Year 2022-2023.

Rotary International, our District 3292 and all Rotary Clubs have done our best to the communities by providing humanitarian services.

I feel immense pleasure for getting the opportunity to express my views and happiness through this district directory of RY 2023-2024. This directory is one of the important documents and covers the rotary information. I hope this directory will definitely give more information about the team members to make strong coordination and communication among those Rotarians who are dedicated to make better world.

Rotary International President of RY 2023-2024, R. Gordon R. McInally called for members to capture the world’s attention and lead the way toward possibilities far beyond our current expectations. McInally, revealed the 2023-24 presidential theme, Create Hope in the World. He urged members to promote peace in troubled nations, help those affected by conflict, and maintain the momentum of initiatives begun by past leaders.

We must understand that we, Rotarians, engage ourselves in service projects for the needy communities and we can change the lives of those who are suffering. Rotary leadership, despite the fact that lasts only for one year, can be life changing if we can use the potential of our team and members of the club. Friends let us work together for better humanitarian services.

The theme of District 3292 for Rota Year 2023-24 is Light of Hope. I hope all clubs of District 3292 will do all efforts to achieve the objectives of presidential theme and district theme.

Yours in Rotary,

Rajendra Prasad Dhoju
District Governor, RY 2023-2024

Dear Club Officers,

I congratulate you on your installation as a club officer for 2023-24.

You have been handed the reins of leadership at a historic moment. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, more people than ever feel hopeless. Many have lost people close to them. Social networks have been uprooted and divisions have grown wider as opportunities for connection have been lost.

Rotary’s ability to create lasting change begins with the bonds we form with each other. This year, I need your help to ensure the bonds between our fellow Rotary members are strong enough to bring hope to those who need it most.

Join me in making Rotary a source of strength for all of those, both within and beyond our membership, who feel they have lost hope. Let this be the year we Create Hope in the World, and let Rotary be known as an organization that takes care of its members as well as the people we serve.

It is within your power to help bring peace and soothe those afflicted by conflict, both in their communities and in themselves.

I look forward to working beside you as we come together to Create Hope in the World.

Warmest Regards,
R. Gordon R. McInally
President, Rotary International 2023-24

Our guiding Principles

The Rotary 4-way test

In 1932, Rotarian Herbert J. Taylor created the Four-Way Test, a code of ethics adopted by rotary 11 years later. The Test, which has been translated into more then 100 languages.

Of the things we think, say or do
  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
